Details
fix: reemplazar referencias a api_hub_dispatcher por api_config 
ROOT_URLCONF, WSGI_APPLICATION, DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE apuntaban al
módulo renombrado — causaba ModuleNotFoundError al arrancar en Docker.
