fix: timeout HA 15s + scripts test luces + doc usuario Juan M
- Timeout rest_command.shutdown_pc_local: 5s → 15s (proxy tarda ~5s via túnel RPi)
- Scripts V2 test apagado luces sin regleta (continue_on_error: true)
- Webhook test: test-luces-v2-juanjo
- Problema detectado: comandos Alexa custom no se ejecutan (pendiente mañana)
- Documentado usuario temporal Juan M - fix_autologon.ps1 listo para ejecutar
- Changelog actualizado con 3 entradas
